During the daylight hours, Venice is a great place to play! It's home to a world class beach and famous boardwalk, and dozens of outdoor attractions and activities.

Muscle Beach is world renowned for their ocean-front workout facilities (and unique clientele). The boardwalk is always filled with bikers, joggers, and roller bladers. On weekends, the beaches are filled with surfers, swimmers, and beach volleyball players.

For the dog lovers there's the Westminster Dog Park, where your four-legged friend can frolic with like minded creatures leash-free!

At night, Venice becomes a Los Angeles hotspot for dining and nightlife. There are a variety of restaurants and bars -- from take-out to five star -- along Abbot Kinney and Main Street.

The beach transforms from a sunny, swimmers paradise into a musician's bastion with the infamous sunset Drum Circle.

In the summer months there are free weekly outdoor concerts at the nearby Santa Monica Pier.
